New Lisa Life is the Founder & Co-organiser of EQUILIBRIUM FEST, In it's 2nd year.

A well-being fest, day long event held in Sitges at the IAB - Institute of the Arts, Barcelona.

Lisa LIfe is also the Founder of Zenergize. ABNLP Coach, Hypnotherapist & Timeline Therapist®, Moving Arts Facilitator, Writer and Event Organiser.

Equilibrium Fest SL was registered a company this year with a view to creating more events with a focus on Balance. Lisa will be holding her first 'Be in Balance' 3 day retreat on an organic farm on the edge of Sitges from the 3 - 9th October.
